At PMHC we are interested to hear from experienced and suitably qualified Project Managers for our teams and projects. Offering a wide variety of challenging work and a supportive work environment,

Working within our Organisational Project Delivery team, these roles are focused on the management of infrastructure projects which deliver improvements and solutions to our community. We are currently working on a number of high profile projects, including:

  • The Construction of the Bicentennial Walkway
  • The Construction of the Rainbow Beach Sporting Fields
  • The Fixing Country Bridges Program
  • The Construction of the Pappinbarra Right Arm Bridge; and
  • The Ocean Drive Duplication Project

Our Organisational Project Delivery team is made up of a multi skilled team and includes, Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Surveyors and Designers dedicated to the safe, efficient, timely and cost-effective delivery of major projects for the community of the Port Macquarie Hastings Local Government Area.  The division contains four portfolio areas, specialising in the delivery of Water & Sewer, Parks & Recreation, Commercial Business Unit & Environmental and Transport & Stormwater Assets.

Remuneration & Benefits

Our roles sit at a number of different salary grades within our salary structure with all salaries being exclusive of superannuation (paid at 10%).

  • Grade 16 - $91,537.92 - $103,027.14
  • Grade 17 - $98,120.34 - $110,418.66
  • Grade 18 - $104,546.16 - $117,669.24
  • Grade 19 - $111,013.74 - $124,951.14

Dependent on the role you may also be entitled to a Civil Liabilities Allowance at 3.5% and/or Vehicle Allowance at $8,580.00 per annum and/or Leaseback Vehicle.

PMHC operates some flexible work arrangements with these roles in relation to hours and office or site attendance.
