Title: Program Officer - Capital Works, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $98787.69 to $114807.35 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Capital Projects Business Unit provides a range of capital works program management, project management and design services to the organisation and is committed to providing excellent service to our community. The service provides timely and accurate advice, and strives to use best practice methods while developing new and innovative solutions to problems in an effective and environmentally sustainable manner.
The Capital Projects Business Unit delivers projects across a range of assets, including but not limited to:
• Roads and footpaths
• Drainage
• Buildings
• Parks and recreation

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Facilitate the development, monitoring and reporting on the Northern Beaches Capital Works program.
2) The improvement and maintenance of the Northern Beaches Council Capital Works Project Management methodology.
3) Providing advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project and program issues and present recommendations to support delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other project priorities.
