Reporting to the Director Infrastructure and Engineering Services, we are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about providing innovative solutions and transformative leadership to the Projects & Engineering team. You will be responsible for the department's project, program and portfolio management, design management, development assessment, Roads Act approvals and bonds and Engineering standards and specifications.

What we're looking for
We’re looking for a passionate leader to complement our existing workforce, who can demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Exceptional leadership skills in inspiring, empowering and developing teams and individuals
- Engineering qualification with extensive experience in managing projects, contracts and capital works delivery, civil design and survey functions, auditing and project management experience
- Highly developed and innovative approach to project, program and portfolio management
- Remuneration in the range of $140,000 - $168,000 depending on skills and experience

This position will be based at our new and modern Administration and Customer Service Centre at Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree.
‘Yalawanyi Ganya’ means “sitting/meeting place” in the Gathang language of the indigenous people of the MidCoast Region.
