Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative Council seeking to make a positive difference in the community you support? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced and suitably qualified Manager Customer Experience to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving a customer centric culture across the organisation, ensuring that all services are supported by best practice in customer experience and service. Your focus will be building and sustaining a culture underpinned by a sound understanding of customer needs and the customer journey.

You will be a visible source of expertise in the customer-centric culture, working with managers at all levels to promote the Customer Experience Strategy.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Related experience and ability to promote and deliver against the organisation's Customer Experience Strategy;
  • Strong influencing skills to shape and drive customer experience initiatives across Council
  • Demonstrated success in delivering excellent customer service, in a leadership role in a team environment;
  • Experience leading organisational change and transformation programs;
  • Demonstrated ability in the management, use and training of computerised customer relationship systems and e-business solutions.

Salary - Your skills will be recognised with an attractive salary package (circa 130K per annum +super) that includes a subsidised vehicle and parking, and access to an annual performance bonus scheme.
