The Role
Reporting to the Accounting Services
Coordinator and based in Windsor, the purpose of this position is to provide
accounting and administrative support within the Accounting Services section
and provide efficient and courteous service to internal and external customers
of the organisation. You will support the Accounting Services Coordinator role
in ensuring effective financial and management accounting functions.

You will demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and
organisational skills to effectively support the team and foster constructive,
collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. You will be team-oriented
and demonstrate a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
A keen attention to detail, the ability to perform efficiently under pressure,
and a high standard of integrity are essential.
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III or higher in accounting,
financial management, commerce or demonstrated equivalent qualifications including
relevant experience - Experience in various roles with a Financial
Services environment incorporating management and financial accounting - Previous experience performing intermediate
accounting functions - Financial systems and relevant corporate
systems experience - Experience in undertaking financial
reconciliations - Experience in research and compilation of
information - Data entry skills and experience
- Record management skills
- Administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to commit to further training and
development as required - The right to live and work in Australia
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Successful applicants will be required to
undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
