We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic IT Service Desk Officer to join our Technology and Digital Services Team.


You will provide high quality first level technical support to staff to assist with their PC’s, laptop's, printers, mobile phones, software and access. To be successful in this role you will possess:


High level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to work with staff to resolve technical issues, deliver quality customer service and ability to write clear and appropriate documentation.Proven experience using Microsoft systems and software such as Active Directory Services, MS Teams, SCCM, Intune and 365 Administration Centres, TeamViewer, Windows 10, and Office 365 applications.Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience working in a Service Desk environment with knowledge of ITILA flexible approach to work demands and a proven ability to work under pressure to achieve the targets set in Service Level Agreements
