Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team at Gwydir Daycare and Preschool.
- Permanent Part-time (15 hrs/wk, 3hrs per day from 12 – 3.00pm each day).

About the role
The Child Care Assistant will be required to be an active member of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2020.

You will need to be 18 years of age or older and have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care/equivalent, have a current First Aid Certificate and NSW Working with Children check clearance.
Prior experience working with young children with the demonstrated ability to relate in a positive and caring manner and meet the individual needs of children ranging in ages 8 weeks to 5 years is also an essential requirement for this role.
