Our Risk & Safety team are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in an administration and customer focused environment to add real value to our day to day operations.

You will be a great communicator, have a proactive approach to problem solving and be a team player.

The Business Support Officer – Risk & Safety is responsible for:

The Business Support Officer provides administrative and support services to the Risk and Safety team enhance the team's capacity to achieve key objectives. 

  • Preparing a broad range of documentation for the team
  • Developing and implementing processes to maintain accurate records
  • Undertaking project work including assisting with the review, development and implementation of a range of processes and procedures
  • Entering data into online and offline systems
  • Managing and processing purchase orders for the Division


  • A Certificate III in Business Administration or similar OR equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail as well as outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • A self-motivated nature along with high levels of initiative and the ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously as required
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • Current Drivers Licence

Salary range: Grade 8 - $1,116.30 - $1,208.00 per week plus superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
