Centre Director - Jerilderie Early Learning Centre

Are you an experienced Centre Director looking for a fresh challenge, ready to take the helm of our new Preschool and Long Day Care Centre?


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Centre Director to join our team in providing high-quality early learning and care services for up to 43 children, ranging from 6 weeks to school age.


As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of a professional and developmentally sound environment that is safe, nurturing, and culturally relevant. You will be required to evaluate the program regularly and ensure that it meets the social, emotional, physical, sensory, creative, cognitive and language development needs of all children.

In this role, you will need the ability to inspire, motivate, lead and maintain a positive learning culture for our dedicated team of families and educators. This role is predominantly an off-the-floor position where your focus will be on the day-to-day management and financial requirements of the centre.

As the educational leader of the service, you will guide other educators in planning and reflection and  mentor colleagues in their implementation practices.

  • Salary ranging from $105,000 to $124,000 (subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
  • Generous professional development and training opportunities, including payment of 100% of tuition costs for Commonwealth-supported programs and reimbursement of all stationery and study material costs

Educators - Jerilderie Early Learning Centre

We are seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our team in providing high-quality early learning and care services to up to 43 children, ranging from 6 weeks to school age. We prefer full-time positions, but we are open to hearing from you if you would like to work part-time or casual.

As an educator, you will be responsible for developing tailored educational programs to meet the diverse needs of children in our care, all while ensuring compliance with legislative standards.
We are looking for educators who have leadership qualities, knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the ability to guide and support others. You will be working with a motivated and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced educators to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families.


Candidates who are working towards their Diploma (more than 50% complete) or are returning to the workforce are strongly encouraged to apply.
